This is a timely reminder. I've been putting off re-registering my logistics company under the new COSEC system. Is the 20 April deadline absolute, or is there any grace period?

Hi Tendai! Yes, the deadline is set for 20 April 2028 by the Registrar. There has been no announcement of a grace period, and they have warned that non-compliant companies risk deregistration. We highly recommend starting the process now to avoid the last-minute rush. Let us know if you need help getting started!

That's good to hear, Chipo. Did you need to submit new CR6 and CR5 forms, or just the main re-registration documents? I'm trying to figure out what paperwork I need to gather.

Hi Tinashe! For the re-registration, you will need your original incorporation documents, list of current directors, and share capital details. We handle all the form compilations (including CR5 and CR6 updates) for you to make it completely hassle-free. Feel free to contact our Bulawayo office!
