Ngilandi Agencies (“we”, “us”) provides company registration, tax, payroll and related business services in Zimbabwe. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
This website collects personal information in one place only — the enquiry form. When you submit it, you provide:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number
- the subject and content of your message
You may also contact us directly by email, telephone or WhatsApp, in which case we hold whatever information you choose to share with us.
Like most websites, our web server keeps standard access logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. These are generated by the hosting provider and are used for security and diagnostics.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to:
- reply to your enquiry and provide the service you asked about
- prepare quotations and carry out work you engage us to do
- meet our own legal, accounting and regulatory obligations
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.
Tracking and cookies
This website does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Some embedded content — for example a social media link you follow, or a video you play — is served by other companies who operate under their own privacy policies.
Who we share it with
Delivering our services may require us to submit information on your behalf to the relevant authority — for example the Companies and Intellectual Property Office, ZIMRA, NSSA or PRAZ. We do this only to carry out work you have engaged us for.
We may also share information with our hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf, and with anyone we are legally required to disclose it to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Where we have acted for you, we retain records for as long as Zimbabwean tax and company law requires.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. Please note that no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
