Types of Companies

There are two main types of business entities you can register:

• Private Business Corporation (PBC): A simpler structure designed for small to medium enterprises. It can be formed by a single individual or more members.

Requirements for Registration

To get started, we require the following from you:

• Directors' Details

  ID copies and residential addresses of all directors.

• Five Proposed Names

  List 5 company names in order of priority.

• Business Objective

  A clear statement of what the company does.

• Contact Details

  Business address and email address.
